Premium

Dharmacon has recently introduced additional siRNA reagents targeting the mouse and rat genomes to the company’s existing siGenome human siRNA collection.

According to the company, the siGenome collection consists of more than 300,000 highly functional siRNA reagents including Smartpool siRNA reagents, Smartselection-designed target gene siRNA sets, and individual Smartselection-designed siRNA duplexes targeting all unique genes in the NCBI RefSeq database.

The mouse and rat siRNA additions to siGenome are available online at http://www.dharmacon.com.

BD Biosciences Clontech has introduced BD ProLabel screening and detection kits, which provide chemiluminescence assays for measuring gene expression levels in total cell lysates.

According to the company, the kits are designed to provide a functional assay for protein knockdown RNAi studies.

Details about the kits can be found at http://www.bdbiosciences.com/clontech/archive/JUL04UPD/creator_infusion.shtml.
