Thermo Fisher Scientific subsidiary Dharmacon has recently introduced miRidian microRNA hairpin inhibitors.
According to the company, the agents are synthetic oligonucleotide inhibitors that combine chemical modifications with a novel secondary structure motif. Inhibitors are available for all human, mouse, and rat miRNAs in the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute’s miRBase sequence database.
