In the April 2 story entitled “Benitec Files IP Infringement Suit Against Three Firms; Executives React,” Benitec’s lawsuit is inaccurately described as being filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

The suit was actually filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
