Archemix said this week that it has appointed Augustine Yee as vice president of business development.

Prior to joining Archemix, Yee was vice president and head of business and corporate development at Prometheus Laboratories. He has also held positions at Deltagen and the law firm of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro.

Yee holds a BS in molecular biology from the University of California, San Diego, as well as a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law, according to Archemix.
