Asuragen has recently introduced the DiscovArray miRNA expression service.
According to the company, the service allows for a comprehensive analysis of miRNA expression profiles from published miRNA sequences and an expanded set of unpublished candidate miRNAs.
The platform for the service uses a new Ambion array that is custom-manufactured by Affymetrix and designed specifically for miRNA expression analysis in conjunction with Asuragen’s labeling technology and miRInform web-enabled data-delivery system.
