Applied Biosystems has recently introduced 599 new TaqMan microRNA assays, in line with the addition of new miRNA sequences that were added to the Sanger Institute’s miRBase of published miRNA sequences.
The expansion brings ABI’s miRNA assay collection to 1,500 assays for human, mouse, and rat species, the company said.
