Veronica Jordan, David Schreiber

Vermillion has appointed Veronica Jordan and David Schreiber to its board of directors.

Jordan is the former CEO of Medelle. Prior to that, she held executive positions at Parexel Internation as well as leadership roles at Biogen Idec and Baxter International.

Schreiber is a healthcare consultant. He was previously senior vice president and chief financial officer of Dianon Systems, which was acquired by Laboratory Corporation of America in 2003.
