Tina Nova and Craig Johnson

GenomeDx Biosciences has appointed Tina Nova and Craig Johnson to its board of directors. Nova co-founded the molecular diagnostics company Genoptix in 2000 and served as president, CEO, and director until its acquisition by Novartis in 2011. Prior to that, Nova co-founded Nanogen, where she served as president and chief operations officer. Johnson is currently director for Mirati Therapeutics, La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company, and Theron Therapeutics. He has also served as chief financial officer at NovaDel Pharma, TorreyPines Therapeutics, and MitoKor.
