Great Basin Scientific announced that Stephen Aldous will not run for re-election and will retire from the board of directors at the 2015 annual meeting. Aldous has served as an independent director since 2010. There were no disagreements between Mr. Aldous and the company, according to a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
