Stéphane Bancel, Harry Wilcox

BG Medicine announced Stéphane Bancel has resigned from its board and has been replaced by Harry Wilcox. Bancel and Wilcox are affiliated with Flagship Ventures, a shareholder in BG Medicine. Wilcox has been COO and general partner at Flagship since 2013. Before that, he was CFO and a partner at the venture capital firm. Prior to joining Flagship, he served as CFO and senior vice president of corporate development at Exact Sciences.
