Simeon George

Simeon George has notified HTG Molecular that he intends to resign from its board, the firm said in a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He will resign upon the appointment or election of his successor. HTG Molecular did not provide a reason for his resignation. George, a partner in venture capital firm SR One, has served on HTG Molecular's board since June 2011.
