Coward was most recently managing partner of K&L Gates' Raleigh, NC office, where he specialized in corporate and securities law, and M&A for life science companies. Prior to that, he was general counsel at Blue Rhino, associate general counsel at GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, and a partner at Smith Anderson.
