Xagenic has appointed Randall Wilhoite as vice president of operations. He will oversee manufacturing and operations to ensure the company's commercial objectives for the Xagenic X1 platform are met. Wilhoite comes to Xagenic from Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, where he directed point-of-care manufacturing. Prior to Siemens, he held senior operations, logistics, and supply chain roles at two Massachusetts-based companies − Oscient Pharmaceuticals and Anika Therapeutics. Wilhoite began his career in the diagnostics division of Abbott Laboratories, where he spent 15 years in various roles within operations.
