Oxford Immunotec Global has appointed Patrick Balthrop to its board of directors. He served as president and CEO of Luminex from 2004 to 2014. Before joining Luminex, Balthrop served as president of Fisher Healthcare, now a division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to that, he held multiple positions at Abbott Laboratories.
