NHGRI: Julie Segre

Julie Segre has been elected to the National Academy of Medicine for her pioneering work in microbial genomics. She is the chief and senior investigator of the National Human Genome Research Institute's Translational and Functional Genomics Branch and heads the Microbial Genetics Section.
