NanoString Technologies: Dana Rollison and Janet George

NanoString Technologies has added Dana Rollison and Janet George to its board of directors, effective March 8, 2021.

Rollison, a VP at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, has been the organization's chief data officer for a decade and has led its quantitative science division for three years.

Rollings has a doctorate in cancer epidemiology from Johns Hopkins University.

George is VP of Oracle's Autonomous Enterprise, Advanced Analytics with Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence group.

She has 15 years of experience leading global teams and implementing industrial-scale software. Before coming to Oracle, George was chief data and AI officer at Western Digital and has held positions at SanDisk, Accenture Technology Labs, Yahoo, eBay, and Apple. She's also a board member for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

She holds a master's degree in computer science from Kerala University.
