Prior to joining OncoCyte, Levine was managing partner of Kirby Cover Capital Advisors, which provides consulting to international life sciences investment funds regarding US-based companies. In 2002 Levine founded Enable Capital Management. Prior to that, he was a founding member of The Shemano Group. He has also worked for Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers.
