Michael Tang

Agilent Technologies has appointed Michael Tang as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective immediately. Previously, Tang served as Agilent vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary. He served as interim secretary following the departure of former General Counsel Marie Huber in April 2015. Prior to joining Agilent in 2006, Tang represented public and private technology companies in a broad range of securities matters at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and Fenwick and West.
