Merilee Raines

Merilee Raines has joined Affymetrix's board of directors and will serve as a member of the audit committee. Raines served as CFO of Idexx Laboratories from 2003 until her retirement in 2013. Prior to this, she held various management positions at Idexx, including vice president of finance, treasurer, director of finance, and controller.
