Leonard Kruimer, Peter Schineller

Skyline has appointed Leonard Kruimer as CFO, effective Aug. 15, and Peter Schineller as chief commercial officer, effective Aug. 1. Kruimer has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, planning, and strategy. He was CFO of Crucell from 1998 to 2011 when Johnson & Johnson acquired the firm. 

Schineller has 25 years of experience in the diagnostic and pharmaceutical spaces and most recently was CCO at Agendia. Prior to that, he was SVP and CCO at Alexza Pharmaceuticals. He previously held executive positions at Ventana Medical Systems and at Genoptix Medical Laboratories. He also was a co-founder of Verus Pharmaceuticals.
