Koh Boon Hwee

Agilent Technologies has appointed Koh Boon Hwee as chairman of the board of directors. Boon Hwee has been a member of the company's board since 2003, and replaces James Cullen who served as chairman since 2005. Cullen will continue to serve on the board as a director. Boon Hwee is the managing director of Credence Capital Fund II and serves as the non-executive chairman to Sunningdale Tech. He has previously served as chairman at DBS Bank, Singapore Airlines, and Singapore Telecom.
