Keith Stauffer

Atlas Genetics has appointed Keith Stauffer as vice president of sales and marketing. Stauffer will lead the launch and commercialization of the firm's io System, a rapid point-of-care molecular device, from the company's newly opened Boston office. He was VP of marketing for infectious disease at Alere since 2011, where he was responsible for initiatives related to the Alere i POC platform. Stauffer was previously VP of sales for the clinical products group at Alere, and also worked in the point of care and rapid diagnostics division at Thermo Electron.
