Karen Chapman

Oncocyte has announced the resignation of its vice president of research, Karen Chapman in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm said Chapman's employment will terminate on March 22. Under an employment termination and release agreement, Oncocyte said it has agreed to extend the expiration date of Chapman's employee stock options to February 28, 2018, with the agreement that she not offer, sell, or otherwise dispose of any "Lock-up Shares," before May 31, 2017 without the company's consent.
