Jonathan Christodoro and Samuel Merksamer

Hologic announced that Jonathan Christodoro and Samuel Merksamer resigned from their positions on the company's board of directors this week. Christodoro and Merksamer were originally appointed to the board in December 2013 pursuant to an agreement with shareholder Icahn Group. Hologic also said that it has received written notice from the Icahn Group this week irrevocably waiving any right to designate a replacement for any Icahn designee under that 2013 agreement.
