John Bakewell and Bill Megan

Exact Sciences has appointed John Bakewell as CFO and announced that Bill Megan, senior vice president of finance, will be leaving. Bakewell will begin his new role on Jan 1, 2016 and will report to Chairman, President and CEO Kevin Conroy. Most recently, Bakewell was CFO at Lantheus Holdings. He also serves as a director of two medical technology companies, as a member of the audit committee of Entellus Medical, and as the chairman of Keystone Dental's audit committee. Megan has served as the company's senior vice president of finance since August 2013, and will be leaving after a short transition period.
