Counsyl has appointed James Goldberg its new chief medical officer. He was previously the director of the Reproductive Genetics Unit at the University of California, San Francisco and a co-director of the Prenatal Diagnosis Center at California Pacific Medical Center and partner at San Francisco Perinatal Associates.
