Hans Lehrach, Scott Parazynski, and Shamil Sunyaev

Veritas Genetics has appointed Hans Lehrach, Scott Parazynski, and Shamil Sunyaev to its scientific advisory board. Lehrach is director emeritus at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Genetics in Germany, CEO and CSO for the Dahlem Center for Genome Research and Medical System Biology, and the founder of Alacris Theranostics. Parazynski is a former NASA astronaut and physiologists with expertise in human adaption to extreme environments. He is currently CEO of Fluidity Technologies and a product developer. Sunyaev is professor of biomedical informatics and medicine at Harvard Medical School, serves as chair in Computational Genomics and research geneticist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and an associate member of the Broad Institute.
