Fred Ferrara

Vermillion said today that it has appointed Fred Ferrara to the newly created post of chief information officer.

Ferrara was previously an independent information systems consultant for healthcare and mobile application firms. He was also CIO and senior vice president of Aurora Diagnostics' Anatomic Pathology Services Company and has held leadership roles with companies including LabCorp and Dianon Systems.
