Illumina President Francis deSouza has joined the board of Citrix Systems, effective immediately. deSouza began his career at IBM's TJ Watson Research Center and later founded two technology firms. He also has worked at Microsoft and held executive positions at Symantec, including group president of enterprise products and services.
