Exosome Diagnostics has appointed Elizabeth Cormier-May as its head of commercial diagnostics. Cormier-May first joined the company this spring, helping to build infrastructure for the launch of Exosome's flagship test, ExoDx Prostate (IntelliScore). She will now lead the firm in building out what it hopes will become a much more extensive diagnostic menu. Cormier-May has thirteen years of experience in medicinal chemistry, genetics, and companion and molecular diagnostics development. Prior to joining Exosome, she worked with other MDx firms including Myriad Genetics, Qiagen, and Predictive Biosciences, as well as in companion diagnostic development with pharmaceutical companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organic chemistry from Wheaton College, and attended graduate school for organic chemistry and chemical biology at Northeastern University.
