Veracyte announced on April 6, 2015 that it has appointed Duncan Powell as senior vice president of strategic finance and operations. Prior to that, Powell served as the firm's principal accounting officer. Shelly Guyer, Veractye's CFO, will now also serve in the additional role of principal accounting officer.
