David Kratochvil

David Kratochvil has been appointed CFO and Treasurer of VolitionRx, effective Aug. 17. He will lead the firm's financial strategy as it prepares for the launch of the NuQ tests in the US and elsewhere. Ktratochvil replaces Mike O'Connell. 

Kratochvil joins VolitionRx from Euro Pacific Capital where he was managing director in the corporate finance department. Before that, he was at Omega Advisors and a director at Merrill Lynch Asset Management. He also founded his own advisory firm Vista Capital Advisors.
