Dame DeAnne Julius, Julie Brown

Dame DeAnne Julius has told Roche that she will not seek reelection at the company's 2016 annual meeting. Julius has been on Roche's board since 2002 and is chairperson of the audit committee. 

The company said it plans to nominate Julie Brown as a new board member at the 2016 meeting. She is CFO at Smith & Nephew and was previously at AstraZeneca, where she held several positions including VP of group finance and interim CFO.
