Charles Dunlop and Aaron Elliott

Ambry Genetics has announced that current CEO Charles Dunlop will assume the role of president while retaining his position as chairman of the company's board of directors, and current COO and CSO Aaron Elliott will assume the role of CEO. Dunlop founded the company in 1999 and is stepping down from his role as CEO for personal reasons. He plans to take a very active role in AmbryShare, launched by the company on March 8. Elliott came to Ambry in 2008 and has held numerous executive roles. Prior to joining Ambry, he worked at Novartis developing genomic strategies to profile cancer stem cells.
