Charles Constanti

CareDx has appointed Charles Constanti as its CFO. He will be replacing Ken Ludlum, who will be leaving CareDx after a transition period. Most recently, Constanti served as vice president and CFO of Netopia, acquired by Motorola in 2007. Previously, he has held various senior finance position at Quantum and Bank of America, and worked as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
