PierianDx has appointed Bryan Carey and Frederick Hessler to its board of directors. Carey currently serves as the executive vice president, CFO and director of Sunspire Health. Prior to joining Sunspire, he served as the president and CFO of 21st Century Oncology, served as managing director of Vestar Capital Partners, and served as CFO and managing director of Aearo in Europe. Hessler currently serves on the boards of Surgical Care Affiliates the LHP Hospital Group  and the American Hospital Association Operations Committee. Prior to that, he has worked at Citigroup, served as partner and regional director of Healthcare at Ernst & Young, and served as a board member of MedAssets.
