Brian Manuel, Eutillo Buccilli

Genetic Technologies named Brian Manuel its CFO, effective June 15. He has more than 25 years of experience, including more than a decade at the CFO level at firms such as Cellestis, where he was also its secretary until it was acquired by Qiagen in 2011.

Also, the Australian molecular diagnostics firm said that Eutillo Buccilli has been appointed a director on "casual appointment," meaning he will need to submit himself for reelection at the firm's next annual meeting. Buccilli joined Genetic Technologies in June 2014 as CFO. In November 2014, he was also appointed its COO. This past February, he was named the firm's CEO.
