Brian Forster, Ronald Carter

LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services has appointed Brian Forster as senior vice president of information technology and chief information officer, and Ronald Carter as director of the molecular genetics laboratory. 

Forster was most recently CEO of OntarioMD. He also is joining the board of Excelleris, LifeLab's technology subsidiary. Carter was the director of laboratory genetic services and head of cancer genetics for the Hamiltion Regional Laboratory Medicine program. He will lead LifeLabs' genetics team and oversee the company's new genetics laboratory, which is opening in Toronto in January.
