Brian Ellis

Danaher has appointed Brian Ellis senior VP and general counsel. He joins the firm from Medtronic, where he served as general counsel of that company's Restorative Therapies Group. Ellis also previously worked at GE Healthcare as general counsel of monitoring solutions and services and earlier as chief compliance officer.
