Bill Kachioff, Mark Foletta

Bill Kachioff has voluntarily resigned as senior vice president and CFO of Biocept to pursue other business opportunities, the company said. Mark Foletta has been appointed as the company's interim CFO, effective immediately. Foletta previously served as senior vice president and CFO of Amylin Pharmaceuticals from 2000 through its acquisition by Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2012.
