UCSC Genome Browser's Peptide Atlas Track

The Genome Browser group at the University of California, Santa Cruz has added a track for human proteome data from the Peptide Atlas. The track conains data from 971 samples and more than 420 million spectra. It offers access to over a million distinct peptides covering more than 15,000 canonical proteins.
