Thermo Fisher VetMAX-Gold Swine Flu Subtyping Kit

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched a real-time PCR diagnostic kit for molecular subtyping of swine influenza H and N subtypes in pigs. It is the fifth test from Thermo to be approved by the US Department of Agriculture, and the firm currently has more USDA-approved tests than any other company in the animal health space, as reported by GenomeWeb.
