Thermo Fisher Scientific VetMax Xeno Internal Positive Control

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched the VetMax Xeno Internal Positive control under its Applied Biosystems brand. The synthetic reagent is available in multiple formats to integrate into different laboratory PCR workflows. It was previously available as part of a kit, but is now a standalone product that can be used with the VetMax line as well as diagnostic tests developed by individual laboratories. The Xeno IPC reduces the number of false-negative results, which can be particularly costly in the agricultural and animal health spaces.
