Sygnis SunScript One Step RT-qPCR Kit

Sygnis has launched the SunScript One Step RT-qPCR Kit. The kit is the third in the SunScript product line, and uses the firm's unique high-temperature SunScript Reverse Transcriptase. The kit enables real-time quantitative transcription and amplification of genomic information in a single step. It has superior performance versus competitor kits based on high-temperature RT reactions, the company said in a statement, as well as an increased overall specificity and sensitivity, even for difficult RNA targets. The kit is compatible with all qPCR instruments, optimized for plate formats, and contains high-quality components in a ready-to-use format.
