Swift Biosciences ACE2 Swift Normalase Amplicon Panel

Swift Biosciences has launched the ACE2 Swift Normalase Amplicon Panel, a next-generation sequencing library preparation assay for use in research on COVID-19.

ACE2 is the key receptor for entry of the SARS-CoV-2 virus into human cells.

The Swift panel uses single-tube multiplex PCR and offers 100 percent coverage of coding sequences. It can generate libraries from low input quantities of DNA and libraries can be quantified or normalized using Normalase reagents.

Data analysis and interpretation are available through Swift's VarSome platform.
