SeraCare's Seraseq Myeloid Mutation DNA Mix and Myeloid RNA Fusion Mix

SeraCare Life Sciences has launched next-generation sequencing reference material for hematologic malignancies. The Seraseq Myeloid Mutation DNA Mix and Myeloid RNA Fusion Mix include mutation types from SNVs to gene fusions. The products contain 23 DNA mutations and nine fusion RNAs that are present against a well-characterized genomic background at clinically relevant allele frequencies. The products are designed to help clinical labs that perform NGS-based testing of myeloid malignancies to characterize their assays.
