Sequencher 5.4

Gene Codes has released Sequencher 5.4, a new version of its next-generation sequence data analysis software. The release includes new RNA-seq analysis features such as a customized graphic interfaces for the Cufflinks software suite, a tool to generate html reports and provide 11 different metrics on users' raw NGS data, and access to SAMtools, among other updates. The company is offering version 5.4 as a free upgrade for clients that are enrolled in its maintenance program and 30-day free access for new users interested in testing the software.
