Sapio Exemplar NGS LIMS

Sapio Sciences has launched Exemplar next-generation sequencing LIMS software. The software includes clinical standard workflow templates and the workflow builder tool to enable complex workflow creation and configuration. It also includes tools to help with materials management, master mix creation, flexible and extensive samples accessioning, integrated biobanking, request portals, scientific data management for tracking NGS, graphical sequencing run monitoring, graphical dashboards, and automated management of the secondary analysis pipeline. The Exemplar NGS LIMS was designed and built based on lessons Sapio learned while working with its NGS customers in both the clinical and research space, the company said.  According to Sapio, the software is also optionally able to be deployed in a cloud environment instead of installing it on the client's premises.
