Sage-N SORCERER Storm System

Sage-N Research has launched its SORCERER Storm, a cloud-based virtual turnkey system for precision proteomics. The system is a Linux-based platform that allows single-line commands to quickly and easily sort, manipulate, and visualize terabyte-sized text files for data-mining content-rich mass search results, the company said. It is designed specifically for reproducible, hypothesis-driven research of low-abundance, modified peptides and proteins using tandem mass spectrometry.
