Rosalind Single-Cell Data Analysis Solution

Rosalind, formerly known as OnRamp Bio, has launched its cloud-based single-cell data analysis solution.

The new analysis module enables web-based collaboration and analysis and interpretation of single-cell data generated on 10X Genomics' Chromium platform. Users can generate and annotate single-cell clusters from FASTQ data files via a graphical user interface and perform downstream analyses.

The module adds to the firm's software-as-a-service bioinformatics platform for multi-omics data, including from RNA-seq, assay for transposase-accessible chromatin by sequencing (ATAC-seq), chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq), and NanoString's nCounter platform.
